Get Involved
The success of our PTA depends largely on parent involvement. Not only does your participation help our school, it also is a great way to meet other Silva Valley parents, make new friends, share your unique skills, and have fun! Look how much fun we have while helping our school.
There are many ways to get involved — below are just a few.

Become a member of the Silva Valley PTA.

Indulge in SVES Simply Sweet Friday Treats, select Fridays after school (weather permitting).

Wear Silva Valley Spirit Wear.

Like/follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay informed on PTA news & events, and read our emails and notices sent home with students.

Come to a general meeting of the PTA.

Make a tax-deductible donation, which will directly fund projects, resources, and materials for Silva Valley students.

Volunteer your time to work at events, be a room parent, help in the garden and/or serve on a committee.

Elements of Art
Prep Team
Our Elements of Art lessons sometimes require materials to be cut, traced, sorted, or prepped ahead of time, and this is the perfect volunteer opportunity to tackle from home!
Pick up the materials, prep them when it works for your schedule, and send them back ready for our students.
